  • • ο Customer inquiry: customer complaint resolution, response to inquiries and contacting customers regarding such, indemnifying customers and insurance processing, utilization for internal educational data for service improvement, etc.

The company utilizes the personal information collected for the following purpose.

  • • οOpening consultation request: The preservation and usage period is 1 year, and the franchise department disposes such without delay after the period.
  • • οCustomer inquiry: The preservation and usage period is 1 year, and the franchise department disposes such without delay after the period. (Provided, that such records are preserved for 3 years for customer complaints or dispute resolution in compliance with the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, Etc.

■ Disposal procedures and method of personal information

The Company, in principle, disposes the personal information without delay after the collection and usage purpose of personal information has been achieved. The disposal procedures and method are as follows.
